Most likely this catalog looks like the 1983 or 1985 catalog. However, there may not have been any changes so there would be no way to tell. The Roth & Doggett Guide to LGB states that there was a 1984 catalog that looks like the 1985 catalog.
On page 144 it may state "price for 1984/85"
